U4 - How a new user accepts an invitation and joins an institution by phone?

Step 1: After your project manager or higher-level managers sent an invitation to your email under your full name, you (and only for you) will receive an email from coactivenoreply@gmail.com which shows like the image below:

For Example:

• Institution Name: GWYL Demo

• Institution Code: 8EPS4FKJ

Note:

• You might get a different Institution Name and Institution code,

• Save your Institution code securely

Step 2: Because you are a completely new user, you have to create a new account, follow the steps below to create a new account:

• After downloading Forward Insight App (if you did not download the app to your mobile device, please click learn more)

• Open the app on your phone, follow the steps as the image below:

1. Tap Create an Account

2. Enter your email. Email should be the same as the email you received your institution code

3. Enter first name and last name then tap Create Account

Step 3: Then, you will receive another email also from coactivenoreply@gmail.com, which shows as the image below:

1. A welcome message and

2. A temporary password (for example 2WZN2OX1),

3. Save your temporary password securely.

Step 4: To login, do the following steps in the images below:

1. Then go back to the app,

2. Enter your registered email

3. Enter Your temporary password

4. Then, enter your new password and confirm

Step 5: To join the institution, follow the steps in the images below:

1. Then there is a screen to join your institution, choose Join by Code

2. Choose Institution and enter your institution code, then click Join

Then, you are successfully joining an institution
