S3 - Question Set Overview

Question Set is a collection of questions that allows users can customize and add to a survey for many roles such as participant, presenter, or team.

#1 To view a question set of a survey:

1. Move to Surveys

2. You can view the question set by clicking on the name of the survey (for example Comprehensive - TNS & PS)

3. Or click the ellipsis (...) next to the survey then choose View Survey

#2 Then, under the Question Sets tab of the chosen survey ( as the image below)

• Comprehensive - TNS & PS is the name of the survey

• There are three tabs for question selection by groups. These include “Participant,” “Presenter” and “Team”. More thorough data analysis can be generated by categorizing questions.

#3 For Participant role question set (as the image below)

• Participant: This tab shows the question set is for users who are participants in the event.

• The red box shows participants' question sets. For example, in this particular situation, there are three question sets under the participant tab.

• + Add Question Set button allows you to create a new question set.

#4 For Presenter role question set, also the same as Participant ( as image below)

• Presenter: this tab shows the question set is for users who are presenters to the event.

• The red box shows presenters' question sets. For example, in this particular situation, there are two question sets under the presenter tab.

• + Add Question Set button allows you to add new question Sets.

#5 For the whole team, also the same as participant and presenter (as the image below)

• Team: this tab shows the question set is for the whole team.

• The red box shows the team's question sets. For example, in this particular situation, there are two question sets under the Team tab.

• + Add Question Set button allows you to add new question Sets.

#6 To view questions in the question sets. For example, you want to view questions of Pacer Attributes - 7 items question set ( as the image below):

1. Click on the name of the question set

2. Or click the ellipsis (...), then choose View Question Set

These steps visualize like the image below:

#7 Then, under the question set for Participant, you now can view:

1. Name of the question set. For example, PACE Attributes - 7 items

2. Response Type: you can choose the response type for this question set. Please note: Once a Survey Question has been created the user cannot change the “Response Type.”

3. Page header: an instruction of how this question works.

4. Questions: a collection of questions.

5. Add Question button that allows you to add more questions to the question set. [Click here for more detail]
