U3 - User management (Active, Pending, Disable)

There are three types of status of users: Active, Pending, and Disable

  • Active: users who are active in the institution

  • Pending: Users that you have invited but have not joined yet.

  • Disable: users who were removed the ability to join any activity for this Institution

With Active Users: click on the ellipsis after the “Status” column to see the following choices for “Active” Users

  • View User: This shows the User’s First and Last Name and Email Address.

  • Reset Password: Choose “Reset Password” and an email will be sent to the User’s Email Address.

  • Disable User: This will remove the User’s from joining Institution activities. Note that you can always enable/reactivate Users if desired. They will not be deleted.

 

With Pending Users: Click on the ellipsis after the “Status” column to see the following choices for “Pending” Users

  • Resend Invitation: Will send another invite to the User’s email.

  • Cancel Invitation: Will disallow the User from joining the Institution.

 

With Disable Users: Click on the ellipsis after the status column to see the following choices for “Disabled” Users.

  • View User: This shows the User’s First and Last Name and Email Address.

  • Reset Password: Choose “Reset Password” and an email will be sent to the User’s Email Address.

  • Activate User: Will reactivate the User’s enabling them to join Institution activities.
